Our story
Astro has been part of our family for years. And every time we needed someone to walk him, or look after him while we were away, it was stressful. Finding a person we actually trusted was never easy.
We knew there was a better way to do this, and it felt like the right time to build it.
WalknStay is also about opportunity. Young or old, big commitment or small, if you love dogs there should be a way for you to earn from it.
Why we built it
Leaving your dog with someone shouldn't feel like a gamble. And caring for dogs shouldn't mean handing over a third of your pay to a platform you never hear from.
We built WalknStay to fix both sides of that. Owners get real, local people they can vet and rebook. Walkers and sitters get fair rates, clear policies and payouts they can count on.
How it works
Browse people near you, see their rates and availability, and book directly. You'll get updates while your dog is with them and a summary after. Payment is held securely and released once the booking is complete, so both sides are protected.
